Only emergency items should be phoned in to the McKee emergency service line at 1 800-993-4609. Items that are considered emergencies: Loss of heat, Major plumbing and roof leaks, Gas odors, electrical problems which Homeowner may consider harmful or danger¬ous. If your home is no longer under warranty or the issue was caused by homeowner negligence, the trade partner(s) may require payment.
