For assistance AFTER weekday business hours (CST) or on weekends, please log your issue on the SOS portal or email info@sbbuilds.com We will be notified and set up a service request as needed. In case of a Power Outage, please contact your electrical provider. If you feel you have an urgent emergency with Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC and cannot wait, please call 479-278-2257, you will be charged for this service. If the issue is determined to be an emergency, you will be reimbursed for the after hours service call, but the claim will have to go through the qbwc warranty process to be considered for reimbursement. Please be sure to enter the issue in the SOS portal even if you call for emergency service. Please keep in mind if your home is no longer in warranty or the issue was caused by weather related storms or homeowner negligence, the trade partner will likely require payment.
