If this inquiry is an EMERGENCY outside of regular business hours, please see the list of trade partners who serviced your home in your electric panel box. After contacting the appropriate emergency trade partner, please also enter the issue in the SOS portal. If you are submitting a request for HVAC repairs and you live in the Rutherford County area, please submit your request through the SOS system and then call A/C Plus at 615-867-1213 to schedule a warranty visit. Otherwise, submit your request through the SOS system and the contractor who provided this service to your home will contact you. Please keep in mind if your home is no longer in warranty or the issue was caused by homeowner negligence, the trade partner(s) may require payment.
