Please note that if a third party subcontractor, not your builder (or a sub approved by your builder), is used to alter or work in the home then it can void your warranty with your builder. Homeowners are provided a 30 day and 11 month walk with our Warranty team. Any submissions outside of these two walks will be closed unless they are considered emergencies as defined in the warranty manual. Homeowners are subject to a $150 trip charge if a repair is requested that is not covered under the warranty.
