Examples of emergencies are total loss of water, power, heating or air conditioning, and water leaking into the home. After reaching out to the appropriate emergency contact, please also enter the issue in the SOS portal. For non-emergency warranty items, please wait until 21 days after your closing to start using the system and please have all items entered by the end of the 11th month after your closing.
