In the event of an emergency or an urgent matter requiring immediate attention, do not use the online system, please call the electrician, plumber or HVAC contractors listed on the emergency list given to you at your walk through. Drywall repairs should be submitted 11 months from your anniversary; no sanding or painting will be done for these repairs. It is your responsibility to submit your request for service under the proper individual category if you list under the miscellaneous category the request may be rejected. You may group repairs i.e. Drywall in one request but no other repair except drywall can be listed on that request. If you do not receive an acknowledgement from the warranty company after submitting a request then it was not done properly and you need to do again. If you miss one scheduled appointment without giving 48 hours' notice, the repair item will be closed. The vendor will require a service change to reschedule any missed appointment.
