For Emergency issues, please call the appropriate Emergency Vendor/Sub-Contractor provided to you at the final walk-thru (notify your builder contact if necessary Lafayette Homes dial 765-607-4005 and for Fort Wayne Homes dial 263-553-5030), then enter the Emergency issue in the SOS Portal.
