Except in cases of emergencies, adjustments or repairs to the home will not be made until the unit has been occupied for a period of at least ninety (90) days subsequent of the Closing. Any non-emergency claims after ninety (90) days should be entered into SOS at or near the eleventh (11th) month after closing to address all First Year covered warranty items.In the event of an emergency or an urgent matter requiring immediate attention, do not use the online system.
